Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Design Engineer with leadership experience to join our team.
• This is a senior role responsible for block-level Physical Design from RTL/Netlist to GDSII, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.
• The successful candidate will be expected to drive Physical, Timing & Power Signoff at the block level, identify areas of improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• In addition, they will lead the generation and closure of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), develop and maintain scripts using Perl, Tcl, Awk, and Python, and manage a team of 4–6 engineers as the client's Single Point of Contact (SPOC).
