Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited is seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Senior Branch Banking Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our branch teams in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and enhancing deposit pools from customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance Deposit Pool from Customers: Develop strategies to increase customer deposits and enhance overall branch performance.">
• Sales of Non-Deposit Products: Cross-sell targets progressively and drive sales of non-deposit products to customers.">
• Fee Income: Identify opportunities to generate fee income and implement strategies to achieve target revenue.">
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.">
• Manage Productivity and Morale: Foster a positive work environment and manage productivity levels within the branch team.">
• Break-even and P&L: Oversee the break-even and profitability of the branch.">

Requirements:

• ">
• Banking Experience: A minimum of 4-6 years of banking experience, with 3-4 years in Retail Liabilities.">
• Sales Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in liabilities products.">
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide branch teams.">
• Qualifications: MBA/CA/CAIIB qualification or equivalent.">
• In-depth Understanding: In-depth understanding of financial instruments, markets, and macro-micro economic processes.">
• Liaising with Teams: Ability to liaise effectively with product management teams, marketing, and other centers & verticals.">
