Credit Underwriting of retail loans like tractors / small commercial vehicles

Manage productivity, morale of branch personnel.
Establishing standards and delivery of customer service.
Sale of non-deposit products. Cross selling targets progressively.
Sale of MF and insurance products.
Fee income.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience in branch administration or retail credit underwriting.
Retail Assets funding exposure
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Should have sales orientation
Leadership skills. (Though more tactical than strategic).
4 - 7 years banking experience of which 2-3 years, leading a branch as Branch Manager
