This role involves owning brand positioning, driving consumer-led strategies, supporting new product development, and executing high-impact integrated campaigns in the skincare space.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive brand strategy, positioning, and messaging aligned with business goals
• Translate consumer insights and market trends into actionable growth strategies
• Support new product development with data-backed research and validation
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, influencer, PR, and social channels
• Track and improve brand metrics such as awareness, engagement, and perception
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and gaps
• Lead content, communication, and storytelling across platforms
• Measure campaign performance, ROI, and drive optimization
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, PR, and external agencies
• Ensure brand consistency, claims accuracy, and compliance
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in brand management / marketing strategy roles
• Experience in skincare, beauty, FMCG, or wellness brands preferred
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on consumer insights
• Hands-on experience in digital marketing, influencer campaigns, and PR
• Ability to take ownership and drive outcomes, not just execution
• Strong stakeholder and project management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
