You can strike conversations out of thin air and communicate elegantly with project stakeholders to understand project needs and design goals.
You are proactive and strategic in coming up with new design ideas and concepts.
You can clearly explain and present both internally and to the clients the design decisions and directions taken to arrive at the design concept.
You enjoy the kind of work you do, this is a non-negotiable.
Some of the things you will be doing:
Study design briefs and define requirements.
Conceptualize original and unique design visuals and illustrations.
Manage client meetings and requirement.
Design direct and implement what is required in the project.
Create compelling and effective logo designs using the necessary tools and software.
Collaborate with managers, designers, writers, other marketing team members, and external stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Stay on top of the latest standards, processes, and trends in the visual design field.
Ability to sketch logo designs/ graphics / typo / on paper or digital medium as part of the iterative design process.
