The Senior Brand Executive will report into the Brand & Creative Lead. The Senior Brand Executive will support the vision and direction for Simplyhealth and Denplan to become nationally recognised, resonant brands. They will be a key driver in the execution of Simplyhealth’s product-led vision and strategy, working alongside the Content Marketing and Design teams to ensure the brand is appropriately represented through a central campaign calendar for the full Simplyhealth portfolio.
The Senior Brand Executive will be primarily responsible for delivering the brand infrastructure, championing the Simplyhealth and Denplan brands and ensuring consistency both across the business and externally. They will ensure that the value of brand is recognised and hold responsibility for embedding our vision across the business and beyond. They will own our brand guidelines, working closely with the Content, Product Marketing, Communications, Growth and CRM teams to ensure consistency in brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
• Key driver in the execution of Simplyhealth’s product-led vision and strategy
• Support the Brand & Creative Lead with brand portfolio management for Simplyhealth Consumer, Simplyhealth Corporate, Denplan B2B (dentists and corporates) and Denplan B2C (patients); able to prioritise against strategic brand objectives
• Support the development, management, and implementation of Simplyhealth brand activities and campaigns to support the strategic initiatives of the business
• Own the Simplyhealth and Denplan brand guidelines
• Act as a brand ambassador to promote consistency and a guardian of the brand guidelines
• Ensure activity is true to brand, whilst meeting the needs and requirements of Product Marketing, Communications, Growth and CRM team
• Ensure activity is clinically sound, compliant and accurate, ensuring audit-trail (Resource Den) approval
• Joint responsibility, alongside channel owners, to ensure campaigns are closely monitored, with robust OKRs in place
About You
You’ll need:
• Experience of brand management, preferably across a portfolio, including building, growing and repositioning a credible brand
• Have worked with, or on, all marketing channels
• Brand guideline ownership and accountability
• Experienced with managing agencies
• Experience of delivering campaign plans
• Experienced with building strong stakeholder relationships, using great communication skills
• Experienced with multi-tasking, prioritising, and working at speed – and pivoting when we need to!
• Experienced with project managing campaigns, including reporting
• Experienced working in a regulated business and/or healthcare
• Self-motivated, creative, with both a big picture approach and tactical ability, making data-driven decisions with customer-centricity at heart, and a willingness to challenge
• Excellent attention to detail; including writing and proof-reading

We have a head office in Hampshire, but depending on your role, you’ll be able to enjoy our ‘smart working’ approach This means you can flex when and where you spend your time. For many of us this means day to day work can be handled remotely, but there will also be times when we need to come together in the office to collaborate, attend training sessions, induction, briefings and more.
