Roles and Responsibilities
The job ‘Brand Executive – Dunkin’ We are looking for people who are curious to learn the science and art of making big brands. The role requires curiosity to learn, accountability to own the task and maturity to execute in on time in a collaborative way. The person should have good MS office and good written & communication skills. Given QSR is a fast paced environment, speed and rigour is of most importance.
The brand will do a massive re-launch to become more youthful and irreverent
Sole ownership for all marketing related agency relationships & payment management for the brand
Planning and executing tasting and doing a quick analysis on key insights
Work on internal systems on data mining and helping the brand manager on planning next campaign
Run bi-monthly competition product and pricing indexing
Work with creative agencies on – Photo shoots / Key Visual development / Digital marketing and Offline marketing collaterals
Work closely with brand activation team and supply chain team
Keep track of marketing spends
Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
Work with different creative partner agencies and take regular follow up on completion of task so that execution on ground is not lapsed
COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal:
Work with NPD / SC and brand activation team
Work with Finance team on monthly provisions and marketing budgets
External:
Work with External Creative marketing Agencies
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Graduate with an interest in Sales and marketing. MBA will be an added bonus.
2-4 Years in marketing in a product company or an advertising firm
Has resilience and is good in adaptability
Partners and support functions like operations and supply chain
Drive for results– Bias for action
Good Presentation skill is an added advantage
Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
This role will prepare a person on concepts of Brand management and how you can grow in space of marketing. The incumbent will be part of the team who will work on brand re-positioning and brand planning and concepts of menu / New launches.
