• Brand Strategist Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Strategist to lead the development of our brand strategy, focusing on building the brand blueprint, architecting the experience, briefing for breakthroughs, and proving impact. As a Brand Strategist, you will work closely with our creative, marketing, and account teams to ensure strategic alignment and execution.
The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing strategy, or a related field, preferably in an agency, D2C brand, or consulting environment. They will possess a strong understanding of branding principles and market dynamics, as well as exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead brand strategy development from insight gathering through to creative brief.
• Conduct and analyze consumer, category, and competitive research to uncover insights that inform brand positioning.
• Develop brand architecture, tone of voice, messaging frameworks, and customer journey strategies.
• Work closely with creative, marketing, and account teams to ensure strategic alignment and execution.
• Present strategies and insights to clients and senior stakeholders in a clear, persuasive manner.
• Collaborate in developing integrated marketing campaigns, brand refreshes, and new product launches.
• Monitor brand performance and industry trends to recommend ongoing improvements.
• Mentor junior strategists and contribute to the growth of the strategy function.
