We are seeking a Senior Brand & Visual Designer with exceptional visual instincts, deep experience in identity systems, and mastery of AI-assisted creation tools — capable of crafting high-end graphics, industrial renders, and professional collateral that build market authority and trust.
Your Mission:
Your mission is to be the guardian of the PakFactory visual identity and the architect of our service narrative. You will lead the evolution of our market presence, ensuring that our custom design packaging service is perceived as the premier global solution. You will blend traditional design mastery with AI-augmented workflows to create a cohesive visual ecosystem that resonates with both boutique businesses and massive enterprises.
Key Responsibilities:
Visual Authority: Own and expand the PakFactory visual guidelines, ensuring consistency across our digital platforms, sales collateral, and physical touchpoints.
Service Storytelling: Design premium visual assets (digital lookbooks, enterprise decks, and case studies) that showcase our end-to-end design-to-manufacturing capabilities.
AI-Driven Scaling: Utilize AI tools to accelerate the creation of hyper-realistic packaging mockups, industrial environments, and marketing assets.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure our visual output supports high-level lead generation and enterprise partnerships.
Qualifications:
Required
5+ years in Visual Design or Art Direction
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and AI design tools
Portfolio showing "complete world-building" for a B2B or service-based company
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Comfortable with fast-paced, iterative creative environments and cross-functional teamwork.
Preferred
Knowledge of motion design
Experience in high-growth tech environments.
Bilingual in English & Chinese (asset).
Experience working in eCommerce, branding, or packaging sectors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
