About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Structural Design Engineer to join our team. As a junior to intermediate level professional, you will work closely with senior engineers on large-scale projects, from concept design to construction. You will be responsible for delivering a range of building structures, including mid and high-rise commercial, residential, aged care, health care, and schools projects.
Key Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with senior engineers to deliver building structures from concept to completion
Develop and implement design solutions for complex building projects
Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and regulations
Contribute to the growth and development of the team through knowledge sharing and best practices
Requirements
2+ years of experience working in an engineering design consultancy in Australia
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in designing concrete buildings, including floor design, lateral design, column design, and foundation designs
Full working rights in Australia
