Business Analyst
Location: Auckland, NZ, Hybrid working environment
We have paired with one of our enterprise clients who are looking for 2x Business Analysts on a permanent basis.
Position #1
We are considering candidates who are experienced with legacy to new platform migrations. This person will understand the impact points for migrations such as customer impacts, service impacts and platform impacts.
Position #2
We are considering candidates who have worked with Service now, ITSM, case management or any transformation initiative related to customer assurance.
Why You're special
You have at least 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst with proven experience working on migration or Customer Assurance projects
Experience working with Service Now from a business perspective
Strong ability and proven experience engaging with stakeholders, across technology and wider business.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Confident to convey ideas effectively within an ever-changing environment.
Agile, waterfall and hybrid experience.
A customer-focused mindset, passion for evolving technology and for delivering effectively
