How you'll make an impact
As a Senior Business Analyst at North Technology, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of one of Australia's leading Wrap platforms in the Wealth market. You'll be the crucial bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, transforming complex business challenges into elegant technical solutions. Working closely with Platform Delivery Managers and Product Owners, you'll have the opportunity to influence the direction of major projects and drive innovation in our wealth management solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering technology solutions that enhance the experience of our customers and advisers.
What You Will Bring to the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst who brings deep expertise in wealth and superannuation platforms, combined with exceptional stakeholder management abilities. Your strong foundation in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies will enable you to adapt your approach to different project needs. You'll have a proven track record of leading complex projects from inception to delivery, with the ability to facilitate workshops, elicit requirements, and produce high-quality documentation. Your excellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements will make you an invaluable asset to both our business and technology teams.
