We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst who is passionate to work with technologies that supports customer communication, mainly within Marketing Automation. We are responsible for the data foundation for our Marketing Automation Tool, SAS CI 360, where you will be a key person to interact with business, understand their needs, identify opportunities and translate this for the developers. Ensuring progress and prioritization. As we work a lot with risk and regulatory impacts, an interest in this area is preferred, as we see this role being a driving factor in this area.

You will be working with colleagues across Nordic countries, Lithuania and India. Your daily duties will also include close collaboration with stakeholders across the bank.
As a Senior Business analyst, you will be responsible of supporting the whole development process, from engaging with stakeholders to development, testing and deploying. You will mainly work on:
• Analysis of information provided by a fragmented group of stakeholders
• Facilitate meetings and workshops across involved parties, driving goal oriented discussions in a constructive way
• Identify and analyse the actual needs of stakeholders and capture the essence of this in JIRA through user stories
• Define solution scope and requirements that meet business and customer needs, goals, or objectives
• Be a driving force in ensuring backlog refinement, definition of ready, definition of done and linking according to our TIES model
• Test our solutions before they are put in production
Run the development approval and risk assessment processes
Mandatory Skills:

• 6+ years of experience as business analyst or project manager in software development organization or financial sector
• A commercial and data-driven mind-set that bridges the gap between business and development
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Great interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams, locations and business units.
• Knowledgeable within SQL.
• Experience with data warehousing is preferred.
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Experience with Agile and Scrum practices
