Role/ Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
Function/ Department: Information Technology

Job Purpose:
The role entails the responsibility to provide technical leadership for projects throughout the project delivery lifecycle. It will include creation of technical documentation, ensuring proper resourcing and skills on the project, efficient code management, defining and following best practices for delivering best- in- class solutions for the bank.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Understanding of Project Management, Finance and Data analysis for successfully managing the projects
• Ensuring adoption of collaboration tools for program transparency and tracking
• Timely reporting to business squads for real-time data
• Highlight and resolve program Risk to keep the program on track.
• Ensure program milestones are achieved in the given timelines to avoid misalignment.
• Work closely in a highly AGILE environment with a team of engineers, delivery managers and vendors
• Review product evolution and map new features to ongoing releases.
• Analyse business goals and product requirements and contribute to application architecture design, development, and delivery.
• Act as an Interface with business teams to understand and create technology specifications for workable solutions within the project.
• Assess the deployed solutions and provide recommendations on application design, development, integration, and performance tuning.
• Gather business requirements and participate in product definition and feature prioritization, including customer usability studies.
• Perform competitive analysis for features at a product level scope. Create technical documentation of applications / solutions.
• Responsible for the delivery of products within budget, schedule, and quality guidelines.
• Deliver product / features that are highly scalable, secure, high-available, high performing and cost-effective.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders across business verticals.
Key Success Metrics:
• Timely and proper tracking of deliverables
• Design and implementation of appropriate metrics
• Risk tracking
