We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Digital Delivery team on a permanent basis. A key role in Watercare, the Senior BA is responsible for developing ambitious and compelling outcomes to support, enhance and improve the platforms at Watercare. The Senior BA is responsible for maximizing the value of the product and work of the development teams by bringing together users and stakeholders. A drive towards a deep understanding of customers, digital opportunities, Watercare's value proposition for its products, and leading complex functional/process analysis to drive building or configuring, maintaining or enhancing, and eventually decommissioning products through their lifecycle.

In This Role You Will Bring
7 + years of relevant BA Experience
Excellent leadership skills, communicating clear strategy and purpose
Proven problem-solving skills
Proven analysis and process modelling experience
Able to assess priorities and self-manage
Experienced in business design and facilitation to drive consensus
Has a "can do" approach and attitude
Enthusiastic about technology and is driven to achieving solutions and resolving problems at pace
Good appreciation of the need to follow established processes but willing to challenge them for valid reasons and better options
Demonstrates good rapport and influence across an organisation
Demonstrates an ability to apply a rational and reasoned approach to problem solving
Excellent leadership skills, communicating clear purpose
Strong communication skills, presenting technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to prototype and co-design innovative solutions
Understanding of information and data analysis requirements
Has a curious mind - constantly asks the 'why' question and focusses on improvements that deliver value to customers
Commercial awareness
Contributes and attends BA Chapter sessions
