As a member of the Product Management team you will analyse customer requirements and convert them into implementable software solution. Your responsibilities will include functional design and development of modules across banking domains like Payments, Origination, Deposit and Lending servicing etc. This will require you to possess good understanding of Banking operations across geographies in general and in India in particular. This will be a ground up development of new software solution and you will are expected to be involved in end to end development and delivery of solution components.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
• Strong understanding of Banking practices and processes in different domains of banking
• Experience in Requirement gathering, requirements documentation, change management and implementation
• Design document Functional solution and document Functional solution documents and user stories
• Ability to identity pain-points of users at all levels and provide solutions to solve these pain points
• Maintain Product backlog and product collaterals
• Work in close coordination with internal and External stake holders like Development, Test and Implementation teams, with customer teams etc.
• Be the SPOC for all functional questions raised by people across the organisation for the areas you are responsible for
• Independently conduct demos, presentations , product workshops for internal audience as well as audience representing banks
• Conduct parts or all the User training in a subject, which includes design, customization, and update training materials and handouts.
• Keeping up to date with the regulatory changes impacting the solution and making changes to the solution as required to keep up with these changes.
