Work with them to ensure deliverables align with the benefits defined in the business case during the discovery phase.Collaborate with Delivery, Domain, Solution Consultants, Marketing, and Support teams to provide valuable inputs, gather, analyze, and define business and functional requirements.Plan and prioritize product feature backlog. Assess value, develop use cases, and prioritize stories and epics to ensure work aligns with product strategy. Create BRD.Develop detailed product feature specifications (Functional requirement document) and ensure theyre clearly understood by development and testing teams.Liaise with subject matter experts and development teams, recognize and analyze gaps between the current situation and desired outcome, and utilize appropriate resources to obtain information, consider solutions, and deliver the solution.Perform UAT and create UAT test cases for the final signoff on releases.Lead product-release plans and set expectations for the delivery of new functionalities. Prepare sprint artifacts and user training/user guide documents.Have in-depth knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.Create data mapping documents/data dictionaries (Database).Exhibit outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.Ensure project quality of work meets defined governance, process standards, and best practices.Must be able to work night shifts until 01:30 AM with daylight saving.Experience Required:Analytical and organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Should be able to demonstrate Insurance industry knowledge (Good to have).Strong customer service skills with excellent relationship management skills, able to interact positively and successfully with all levels of associates and managers to meet business needs.Experience working with third-party integrations.Must be a self-starter, flexible, and motivated.Willingness to develop industry-related knowledge.Proven application of analytical skills and solution-focused mindset.Familiarity with project management methods (SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.Strong experience in Wireframing and Process flow designs, and experience with wireframe/process flow designing tools like Balsamiq, Draw.io, Axure, Visio, etc.Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge.Qualifications:BE/BTech/MCA or MBA qualification and work experience in business analysis and application development.CBAP (Certified Business Analyst Professional) certification is preferred but not mandatory.About Programmers.io:Programmers.io is an ISO 27001 - certified tech company that has been serving Fortune 100 clients globally for over a decade.
