Our Technology team supports the Equities Business by enabling new projects and implementing changes that address key business and regulatory needs. Working within Macquarie Capital, you will join a collaborative group dedicated to delivering innovative technology solutions, partnering with stakeholders across the organisation to drive successful outcomes.

What role will you play?
As a Business Analyst, you will gather and clarify user requirements, ensuring clear communication with developers and testers. You will manage the end-to-end delivery of projects, including overseeing user acceptance testing and guiding projects into production. Throughout the delivery lifecycle, you will work closely with stakeholders from both business and technology teams, maintaining effective communication and engagement.
What you offer
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within financial services, with practical involvement in technology projects
Experience collaborating with stakeholders across front and back office, and throughout the software development process
Background in delivering large-scale projects, particularly those involving equity derivative products
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication and documentation skills
Proven experience in stakeholder management within both technology and business environments.
