Job Title - UI Developer, Associate
Location - Bangalore, India
Role Description
Individual is required to possess strong technical skills as a UI developer
Candidate’s primary responsibility will be to work closely with functional teams and ensure UI components are built adhering to the given wireframes.

Your Key Responsibilities
• Individual is required to possess strong technical skills as a UI developer.
• Collaborate with backend developers and UX designers.
• Deliver high quality, scalable and innovate frontend solutions.
• Involvement in Design and Development, Co-ordination with the Product Owner for BAU tasks.
• Provide high-quality solutions that meet functional as well as non-functional requirements.
• You actively participate and contribute into the sprint activities and ceremonies e.g. daily stand-up, Sprint planning, retrospectives, refinements etc.
• Strong commitment writing high quality Javascript code.
• Involvement in contributing to standards and practices
• Providing the right estimates for the tasks by evaluating the wireframes.
Your Skills And Experience
• At least 5 years experience in Frontend Technologies.
• Strong hands on coding experience with, Angular/React, JavaScript , HTML, CSS, CSS Preprocessors, Bootstrap, Tailwind.( Other frontend libraries/frameworks)
• Understanding of converting wireframes into functional UI components.
• A pro-active team player with strong communication skills.
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM environment.

Modern Banking Platform’s is Core engineering team part of the larger Banking Solutions Platform IT Delivery operation, our team is at the forefront of supporting FIS’ next generation Profile Core Banking Solution. We use industry-leading technologies, applications, and automation to deliver and support FIS IT technologies. We are into client deliveries include commitments for our existing production customers as well as customers where implementation is under way.
What you will be doing:
• Formulates and defines system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
• Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operation time and form of desired results.
• Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements and translation into proper system requirement specifications.
• Influences business partners and service providers regarding priorities, hardware/software selection and/or vendor selection.
• Analyzes marketplace, industry, company, technology trends and best practices, vendor products and services, etc.
What you bring:
• 7 to 10 Years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong Core banking solutions or Core Banking experience - Retail / Commercial banking domain
• Experience in requirements documentation and elicitation from varied geographical teams and banks
• Experience in Agile / Scrum Methodology.
• Demonstrated understanding of solution architecture of banking applications and mapping it to a bank system landscape
