Our Tribe
Our aim is to digitalize the end-to-end customer journey of buying and owning Real Estate in Sweden, Norway and Finland. We want our customers to feel confident about taking decisions by providing fast answers and the opportunity to self-service as much as possible.
Our goal is to build a solid Nordic banking platform, which enables aligned and efficient processes and adapts to the needs of local markets. You will join our agile squad Fulfil & Use I team located across the Nordics and India. As a team, you will be trusted and empowered to help us make the needed change towards becoming a simpler bank.
What to expect
You will be working in an environment where we take the agile mind-set seriously and where you have the possibility to make a difference and leave a mark when you find situations where we could do better. Your daily work will consist of translating business needs into clear objectives, challenge existing practices, provide domain knowledge to the development team, testing, facilitation of workshops, analysis of problems and much more. Together we will make some magic by balancing a strong delivery focus while having fun and ensuring that you both grow personally and professionally.
Can-do Mind-set With Great Collaboration Skills
It is preferred that you have a MBA degree or similar having had classes within project management and entrepreneurship. You should hold Business Analyst experience from financing and real estate.
You have a strong business oriented mind-set, a flair for ideation and is comfortable juggling stakeholders from many different backgrounds. You have been involved in transformation processes which simplify processes and have also ability and mind-set to challenge the existing ones. You feel at home in fast-pace environment, don’t mind complexity and have a flair for communicating it in simple language.
Your greatest assets are your passion, “yes we can” attitude, creative problem solving skills and your ability to be self-organising and work autonomously with the mandate to move fast and do things differently - and you dare to fail and learn from it. Further, your abilities to put the customers first, to collaborate with many different types of people, to challenge ideas, and to learn are essential.
