Our Melbourne team are looking for a Senior Business Banking Manager to join the team to manage and continue to grow a portfolio of professional services clients.
This opportunity will see you focusing on the management of an existing SME client base whilst growing strong referral sources, industry links and new business partnerships. The professional services team have an array of clients and customer segments some of which include, Legal Services, Insolvency, Accountants, Financial Planners, Insurance Brokers & Real Estate Agencies.
In this role, you will
Assess economic value and risk potential of new business.
Educate clients about their business options and providing sound advice about risk& efficiency to drive opportunities for growth
Proactively leveraging networks of industry contacts to help identify new opportunities
Implement initiatives to support client acquisition in my local market
Talk to clients about their proposed strategy & annual business plans
Prepare and submit client banking proposals
Demonstrate your expertise Host & present at industry & client events
What you’ll bring
Strong prior demonstrated experience within business banking and/or credit assessment, with strong transactional banking capability.
Comprehensive understanding of business and commercial practices with significant emphasis on sales, lending, credit assessment and control experience.
