Senior Business Controller

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Lead financial planning and forecasting cycles, delivering accurate projections and scenario analyses.

Ensure reporting accuracy and timeliness across systems like SAP, Tagetik, Magnitude, and Power BI.

Manage and develop a team of two Junior Business Controllers, fostering growth and accountability.

Partner with senior stakeholders to provide financial insights and challenge assumptions.

Drive finance transformation projects, including automation and tool implementation.

Maintain strong internal controls and support audit processes.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent).

Proven experience in financial planning and analysis within a matrixed or multinational environment.

Strong leadership and coaching skills.

Proficiency in ERP and BI tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI).

A strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
