Experience: 2+ years (Technology services)
Workdays: Monday to Friday
Work timings: US shift (6 pm)
Essential Job Functions:
• Major duties include Inside Sales activities like lead generation; requirement gathering, presenting demos, providing sales support, and thus selling company services to the target customers in the international markets.
• Prospecting, qualifying, and converting leads (not the end-to-end sales)
• Outbound calling to the US for qualifying leads and converting them into meetings for the Sales Team
• Writing emails, follow-ups, campaigns, and CRM database management
• Consulting services experience, plus open to dialing for other sectors and regions
• Proven experience in nurturing client relationships and retaining business opportunities.
Skillset & experience:
• Service sales experience in the US market is a must.
• Must have experience in Technology services (Digital transformation, AI solutions, UI and UX development).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Relevant experience of 3+ years and proven performance records
• Experience in working for IT services - Business Development.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
