Job Description:
Responsible for lead generation & driving end-to-end sales.
Actively bid on Upwork & find prospective leads on LinkedIn.
Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates client’s needs on an ongoing basis
Responsible for Proposal writing, keeping follow-ups & requirement gathering.
Achieve targets while ensuring profitability through margins.
Building a customer database and following up on old leads as needed.
Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.
Set up portfolios on websites and get projects through these websites.
Flexible with the working hours and following up with clients as per their availability.

What you will be bringing:-
Should preferably be from a technical background(IT industry) with a minimum of 3+ Year Experience.
Candidates should have considerable experience in generating business from Online Bidding Portals
like Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru & handling international clients.
Understanding of bidding of popular technologies React.Js, .NET, Node.Js, Angular.Js, Mobile Apps,
DevOps, etc.
Excellent communication and writing skills are required. Client interaction, Negotiation, Follow-ups,
and also coordination with the technical team.
Ability to handle the pressures of sales targets and work as per tight deadlines.
Maintain top-order client relations and be able to maintain them in all situations.
Must be proficient in Proposal writing, keeping Follow ups, requirement gathering, negotiations, and
communication links between the development team and the clients.
