Job Title: Business Development Executive in IT

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for our IT services.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve the company's revenue goals.
· Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them through effective communication and networking.
· IT lead generation, sourcing clients, bidding and bringing projects
· Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition.
· Collaborate with the technical team to develop proposals, presentations, and sales pitches that effectively showcase our IT services.
· Create and maintain a database of potential and existing clients, track sales activity, and report progress regularly.
· Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness.
· Attend industry events and conferences to promote our services and network with potential clients.
· Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring that all terms and conditions are favorable to the company.
· Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and after-sales support.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
· Proven track record of success in business development, preferably in the IT industry (1 to 3 years of experience as BDE in IT).
· Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
· Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
· Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and other business development software.
· Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
