As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and revenue generation in our target markets. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building strong relationships, and ultimately securing new business opportunities.
Your deep understanding of the IT services landscape, combined with your strategic mindset and exceptional communication skills, will enable you to effectively position our company as the preferred partner for prospective clients.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to penetrate the US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Middle East markets.
· Identify and target potential clients within these regions, leveraging market research, industry trends, and networking opportunities.
· Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring consistent progress in meeting sales targets and revenue goals.
· Conduct thorough market analysis to understand client needs, pain points, and competitive landscape, and use this knowledge to tailor compelling value propositions.
· Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers, C-level executives, and stakeholders in target organizations to nurture business opportunities.
· Lead negotiations, prepare and present persuasive proposals, and successfully close deals with new clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
· Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, revenue forecasts, and market trends to senior management.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
· Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in business development or sales roles, preferably within the IT services industry.
· Strong experience in targeting and winning new business in the US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Middle East markets.
· Excellent knowledge of the IT services landscape, including software development, cloud services, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and managed services.
· Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in client organizations.
· Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
· Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
