Role Description

The Senior Business Functional Analyst is responsible for ensuring requirements are captured, analysing the impact of changes and supporting the business throughout the implementation process. The Senior Business Functional Analyst is also responsible for guiding Business Functional Analysts in the review and analysis of requirements and functional specifications to ensure quality of deliverables.

Your key responsibilities
• Define requirements in partnership and collaboration with the business and technology stakeholders and obtaining sign-off.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of Wealth Management - Client Life Cycle Management (eKYC) Domain.
• Define EPICs, Features, and User Stories with acceptance criteria (Behavior Driven Development Test Scenarios) in JIRA.
• Act as a point of contact for Development Teams for business requirement clarifications, and as functional expert to Production Support Team.
• Responsible for Backlog Management, Prioritization and Product Demos, with strong experience working in an Agile environment.

• Business & Technical Skills
• Create test strategy and plan to ensure quality and consistency of deliverables, including Defect Management.
• Design, implement and execute integration, regression, and user acceptance testing using HP ALM.
• Support Release and Deployment Management by creating Test Artefacts and execution of Post-Deployment Sanity Checks
• Soft Skills
• Very customer / service focused and delivery oriented
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, ability to interface with all levels of management
• Expectations and stakeholder management
• Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in a high-stress, high-pressure environment. Be very stress-resistant.
• Excellent communication (oral and written) skills in English, French and/or German
