Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Relationship Manager at India Assist in Mumbai. The Senior Business Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also work on business development, contract negotiations, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements. Qualifications Strong relationship-building skills, client management, and customer service experience Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Business development and sales experience Understanding of technology and ability to explain services to clients Project management skills and ability to handle multiple clients concurrently Problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field,
