Skills
• Minimum 7-+ years of experience in business strategy, operations, and performance improvement
• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes
• Experience leading requirements gathering sessions
• Ability to analyze large data sets and generate actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with technical colleagues
• Strong knowledge of financial management with ERP Systems (e.g., Oracle/PeopleSoft, SAP, Ellucian Banner, Workday)
• Familiarity with JAGGAER or similar procurement applications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Responsibilities
