Skills
• Minimum 7-9 years of experience in business strategy, operations, and performance improvement
• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes
• Experience leading requirements gathering sessions
• Ability to analyze large data sets and generate actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with technical colleagues
• Strong knowledge of financial management with ERP Systems (e.g., Oracle/PeopleSoft, SAP, Ellucian Banner, Workday)
• Familiarity with JAGGAER or similar procurement applications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with clients to drive organizational effectiveness and improve student outcomes
• Implement and optimize new technologies and processes
• Maintain project documentation and support multiple projects simultaneously
• Communicate project economics and manage budgets effectively
• Address project risks and resolve issues as they arise

Qualifications
• 7-9 years of relevant experience in business strategy and operations
• Background in optimizing business processes and change management
• Proven experience in leading project teams and achieving project objectives

Education Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
