Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 5–7 years of experience in business systems analysis and/or software development
• Strong understanding of business requirements and ability to translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different scales
