Job Description
Indibni Business Group is currently seeking an Sourcing Manager to join our team. This role is vital in supporting our business expansion efforts in our target market, with a focus on vendor management and sourcing of goods and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to meet our organization's needs.
• Identify and establish relationships with profitable suppliers, fostering business and organizational partnerships.
• Negotiate with external vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Approve the procurement of necessary goods and services.
• Finalize purchase details for orders and oversee their timely delivery.
• Review and assess existing contracts.
• Monitor and report on key operational metrics to enhance cost efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure clarity regarding company specifications and expectations.
• Anticipate changes in the bargaining power of suppliers and clients, preparing for unfavorable events through data analysis and control strategies.
• Implement risk management for supply contracts and agreements.
• Exercise control over spending and promote a culture of long-term savings on procurement costs.
Requirements and Skills:
• Proven experience in roles such as Procurement Manager, Procurement Officer, or Head of Procurement.
• Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques, along with the ability to assess market conditions.
• Proficiency in negotiation and networking.
• Familiarity with supplier or third-party management software.
• Strong decision-making skills and a comfort with working with numerical data.
• Experience in data collection and analysis.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
Eligibility:
• Candidates must have a minimum of 24 months of relevant work experience in the same domain.
• A relevant degree or diploma in the field is considered a plus in this domain.
Remuneration:
• CTC Range: 2.5 LPA - 3 LPA
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
