This is where you come in…

The role…

The role of Senior C# Developer is important to us.

In this role, you will help us build a range of innovative software relating to our growing EV Charging business.

Using various .NET technologies you will create new systems, extend functionality of existing applications, and provide occasional user support for internal and external users if needed.

You will be able to write functioning code while keeping an eye out for defects, be interested in crafting solutions to business problems, and work well in a global team with other talented individuals.

You will be expected to be able to keep up with modern technologies, adapt new programming processes, and take part in team discussions, planning, architectural and code reviews.

The role will report to the C# Technical Team and is based from our Group Head Office in Crewe, Cheshire.

What do we expect of you?
• Minimum of 4 years of commercial C# development experience
• Experience working in an Agile, continuous delivery software development environment
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Experience with .NET core Web APIs
• Good knowledge of relational, object and key-value databases
• Comfortable using ORM technologies (Linq2DB, Entity Framework)
• Comfortable working with .NET core (.NET 5+)
• Comfortable working with Docker, Docker-Compose and Kubernetes
• Comfortable working with cloud services (e.g. Azure, AWS, Google)
• Desire to take ownership of work from design to implementation

What can you expect of us?

Your impact on Radius will be rewarded with the opportunity to develop and progress your career in many directions.

You’ll also have access to our competitive reward and benefits package, which includes:
• Performance-related bonus scheme
• Pension
• Life assurance
• Employee fuel card scheme
• Electric Vehicle scheme
• Employee assistance programme
• Wellness and healthcare assistance via ‘Help@Hand’ by Unum
