***12 month Fixed Term Contract, based in our South Bank, Brisbane head office.

Purpose: Provide change management support (change, communication, training) for a large-scale transformation program in our Global Business Services division. This role will see you work within a dynamic project team and requires extensive experience in managing large-scale change across diverse and global stakeholder groups.

Day in the life

Facilitating workshops to understand, assess and document change impact to roles and processes.

Preparing and presenting the change management activities needed to make our projects successful.

Providing change management support to senior leaders to ensure that the change is understood, accepted and embedded in brands and regions.

Issuing communications tailored to our various stakeholder groups.

Input to implementation planning covering training requirements and cutover activities.

You'll be perfect for the role if you have:

Delivered in the role of a Change Manager for over 10 years.

Have had experience with managing global stakeholders with diverse requirements.

Have experience with transformation projects delivering large scale changes to processes.

Worked on fast-paced projects.

Experience in transition planning to ensure business readiness for change.

Developed and managed communication plans incorporating various channels and broad range of audience.
