Senior Chartered Accountant

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and operation of the new branch.

• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and success.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Manage a team of associates and trainees to ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Collaborate with the leadership team to align branch goals with firm objectives.

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2–5 years of post-qualification experience.

• Proven track record of leadership and entrepreneurial skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of branch performance.

• Willingness to relocate to Calicut.
