Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage land development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Perform complex civil designs using Civil 3D and AutoCAD, while ensuring quality control throughout the project.
Mentor junior and intermediate engineers, fostering their professional growth.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, councils, and other stakeholders.
Oversee site inspections and manage contractors to ensure projects are executed to the highest standard.
Assist in identifying and securing new business opportunities.
What You’ll Bring:
5+ years of civil engineering experience, with a strong background in land development.
Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
Strong understanding of NZS3910 construction contracts.
A tertiary qualification in civil engineering (BE, NZDE, BEngTech).
Proven leadership skills and experience managing projects from start to finish.
A passion for innovation and delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
