Job description
Senior civil engineer/ DGM (estimation & Construction Co-ordination)
Candidate preferably Male and He/She should be a self starter, result oriented, confident, dedicated
civil engineer, having through knowledge of all the aspects of building estimation , specifications ,
extras items , bar bending schedule and should be well versed with all construction items and
techniques , and should be able to handle many construction projects simultaneously and maintain
the specifications, bill of quantities, and should be able to frame specifications independently.
Should have vast knowledge of contracts and construction management. He/She should be able to
scrutinize the working drawings, prepare estimates, bar bending schedule ,contracts, BOQ, should
be able to co-ordinate with the client effectively for higher project value. He /She Should have
through knowledge of computers.
Desired profile of the candidate
B.E.(Civil), with more than 10 years experience or Diploma in civil engineering, minimum 15 years of
experience in reputed firm, and should be an independent planner and should have handled sites
independently with good knowledge of computers and English language. He/She should have a good
command over spoken English.
