Our Hawke’s Bay team is expanding, and we’re seeking a Geotechnical or Civil Engineer with project management experience to strengthen our local presence in Napier and across the region. You’ll join a small, agile team with the backing of a national network, leading meaningful regional projects and building client relationships that will shape T+T’s future in Hawke’s Bay.

What you’ll do
You’ll lead locally significant projects, foster new relationships, and help develop future opportunities for T+T.
Projects include:
Flood protection and river engineering
Land development and subdivisions (geotechnical and stormwater design)
Landfill development and construction
Three waters infrastructure (networks, reservoirs, pump stations, and asset protection)
Roading and transport design (civil and geotechnical)
Coastal protection and resilience projects
You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary specialists around New Zealand, while maintaining the autonomy of a regional role that makes a visible impact.
What you’ll bring
Solid background in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering, with project management experience
Experience in consultancy or construction
Confidence in managing clients and building relationships
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to deliver independently while staying connected to a wider team
Construction administration or contract experience (an advantage)
