Position - Direct Marketing Executive

Experience - 1–3 years of experience in direct sales or field marketing, preferably in BFSI sector (banking, insurance, credit cards).

Products - Credit Card, Saving Accounts & General Insurance

Salary up to - 20K to 30K + Incentive

Location - Delhi NCR, (Near employee address )

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Direct Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of Credit Cards, Savings Accounts, and General Insurance products through direct marketing channels. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and sell Credit Cards, Savings Accounts, and General Insurance products to customers through field visits, in-branch activities, and direct interactions.

• Identify potential customers through cold calling, field activity, references, and corporate tie-ups.

• Conduct product presentations and explain benefits and features to customers clearly.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to branch and regional sales goals.

• Ensure complete and accurate documentation of applications as per regulatory and internal guidelines.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Provide post-sales support and assist customers in resolving product-related queries or issues.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads, conversions, and customer feedback.

• Collaborate with internal teams including operations, customer service, and

• underwriting for smooth processing.

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Sales-driven mindset with a go-getter attitude.

• Familiarity with financial products and local Delhi market.

• Basic computer proficiency and report generation skills

Role Overview:

The Senior Client Manager who brings us experience in project management in a branding consultancy, advertising agency or business consultancy. You will have experience working with clients and being a key contributor to the project success. You will have excellent client presence, organizational and detail-orientation skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to work in a fast-moving environment, that is strategically and intellectually agile. You'll be respectful of, and comfortable with, changing priorities, and be able to work with people across the business to manage this effectively. You will have the ability to lead and mentor others to success.

What You’ll do:

• Ensure flawless project management, strategy and research that delivers projects on scope, to time and on budget for our clients. Seek out commercial and growth opportunities both with existing and new clients.

• Participate in (and often lead) brand discussions, client workshops, brainstorms, and the development of strategic deliverables.

• As part of our client Services Team, work side-by-side Business Development, Design and Strategy to successfully deliver client projects.

• Leverage tools and capabilities in research, strategy, innovation, environments, and digital to recommend growth opportunities that expand Landor’s offerings.

• Oversee the quality of output, having a point of view and need to find solutions to our client’s business problems.

What You’ll Need:

• Experience in project management within a branding consultancy, advertising agency, or business consultancy.

• Proven ability to work closely with clients and contribute to project success.

• Strong client presence, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually agile environment.

• Comfort with changing priorities and a collaborative mindset to manage them effectively.
