Job Summary
Watch Your Health (WYH) is a HealthTech-enabled engagement and healthcare services company supporting leading multispeciality hospitals through structured processes, digital platforms, and service excellence.
We are looking for a seasoned professional to be deployed at a client location to support AI tool utilization, coordination, sales support, and operational execution. The role requires close interaction with the client’s teams, ensuring smooth adoption of Watch Your Health’s AI-enabled solutions, accurate reporting, and day-to-day coordination.
Client-Side AI Enablement & Execution
Act as the primary on-site point of contact at the client location
Support and guide client users in effective utilization of Watch Your Health’s AI tools
Conduct basic training, demos, and handholding sessions for client teams
Monitor usage, adoption, and effectiveness of AI tools
Troubleshoot basic operational or usage issues and coordinate with internal tech teams
Sales & Account Support
Support upselling, cross-selling, and renewal opportunities at the client location
Assist in identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts
Coordinate client requirements with Watch Your Health’s sales and leadership teams
Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
Operations & Coordination
Coordinate between client stakeholders and Watch Your Health internal teams
Ensure smooth execution of wellness programs, campaigns, and deliverables
Track timelines, SLAs, and operational milestones
Handle day-to-day operational queries at the client site
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare regular MIS, usage reports, performance dashboards, and client presentations
Maintain accurate records of AI tool usage, feedback, and outcomes
Share insights and improvement suggestions with internal teams
Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field
6–7 years of experience in client handling, operations, sales support, or program management
Hands-on experience working with AI tools or digital platforms
Strong coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Comfortable working full-time at a client location
Preferred Experience
Experience in healthcare, wellness, insurance, or corporate programs
Exposure to SaaS, AI platforms, or digital enablement roles
Experience in on-site client deployment or resident consultant roles
