Currently, we are looking for a remote Senior Cloud.GCP Developer to join our team.
Responsibilities
• Manage day to day customer interaction mainly through the ticket system.
• Troubleshoot software installation and configuration of Startozone data collector both via e-mail and Google meet.
• Customer interactions cover a wide range of topics from account access to troubleshooting basic firewall and network issues on customer's installation of Stratozone software.
• Promote customer self-help by promoting them to existing resources.
• Manage repository of canned responses of our response templates for our mostly commonly asked questions.
• Serve as point of contact for customers and engineering to escalate issues and feature requests.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience with Cloud.GCP
• Knowledge of concepts related to network, system infrastructure and security (VLANs, firewall, proxy)
• Experience with both Windows and Linux operating system.
• Ability to navigate and run commands in Linux.
• Experience and knowledge of Windows WMI
