About The Job
Job Description As a Cloud Operation senior engineer, you’ll be member in managing our cloud Operation, mainly focusing the production cloud, platforms, monitoring, and automation. In this role, you will be part of CloudOps engineers' team, maintaining the development and progress of Radware’s cloud, and ensuring the performance, reliability, and scalability moving forward while Radware’s customer base is growing continentally.
More over role will include:
Ownership of all Radware cloud production, continuously improving our cloud services, operations, performance to provide Radware’s customers the best solution in the market, including designing, building, and scaling.
Develop and implement Operation automation using tools and scripting capabilities.
Monitor and optimize Radware cloud.
Work closely with other departments such as R&D, Product and other operations teams to ensure smooth operation and integration of the cloud feature and services, also proactively communicate progress and blockers.
Identify and implement new technologies and solutions to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
Create and maintain documentation for cloud Operation and processes.
Be a technical focal point for "follow the sun" NOC team members to improve and develop their skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
Proven experience of 5+ years working in large scale of private cloud production, providing mission critical services to large enterprise customers
Expert knowledge of application-level services, CDNs, WAF protection services
Expert knowledge of scripting, automation methods and orchestration technologies
Strong experience with automation tools/language as Python , Ansible, Bash
Excellent communication, collaboration, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a passion for technology and a willingness to learn new things.
Strong knowledge and experience working with CSPs such as AWS, GCP and Azure - advantage
