Job Overview

The Senior Commercial Banking Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with commercial clients, identifying opportunities to grow their business and providing tailored financial solutions. This involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs, develop strategies to meet those needs, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering relationships with key decision-makers and developing strategic partnerships.
• Client Engagement: Provide regular updates on market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact clients' businesses.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis of clients' operations to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted recommendations.
• Credit Underwriting: Evaluate loan requests and credit applications, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's Degree: In finance, economics, or accounting, or related field.
• 5+ Years Experience: In commercial banking or a related field, with a proven track record of success in business development and relationship management.
• Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
