Our client is seeking a highly experienced commercial contracts lawyer, to support one of their subsidiary companies in all aspects of Commercial and Trade. Responsibilities
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts in an in-house setting.
Advising on issues and risks in a retail or wholesale environment, particularly with regard to procurement.
Maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders across teams.
Requirements
6+ years PQE.
Open to a hybrid working arrangement - 3 days in the office.
Significant experience working on a wide variety of commercial contracts, preferably within the building or construction law sector.
Experience in risk identification and management, and contract planning.
Experience in franchising highly regarded.
