About The Firm
Our client is a Sydney CBD specialist Commercial Law Firm with over 40 years of operational experience. The firm specialises in large scale, complex litigation as well as more discrete smaller litigation matters across a wide variety of jurisdictions.
This exciting role offers you the opportunity to grow and develop your technical expertise in commercial litigation, tax recovery and insolvency law.
Key Features Of The Position
$150,000 to $220,000 onward salary range for the right lawyer
Structured career mentoring from the leading partner of the firm and Special Counsel.
Autonomy provided to you on your matters
High achieving team that provides a supportive and positive culture
Flexibility provided with some opportunities for work from home, and understanding of work-life balance
Full time paralegal and administation support provided to you.
Key responsibilities:
Work on a range of commercial and insolvency litigation, including the preparation of pleadings, evidence and submissions;
Appear before courts and tribunals in the conduct of matters that you have the day-to-day management;
Develop your legal knowledge and skills in providing high quality legal services to our clients.
What the firm is looking for:
5 years + PAE in Litigation
Ability to problem solve and take on complex matters
Thrive in an environment where you work both autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team.
