THE ROLE
Reporting to the Manager, Communications and Engagement, you will plan, oversee and implement major communications and engagement strategies for regional social and affordable housing projects, and manage others in the planning and implementation of project communication and engagement activities.
You will listen to, engage with, inform, communicate with, and build respectful and inclusive relationships with our communities and stakeholders. Your work will ensure our large and complex program achieves its objectives.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
Plan, implement and evaluate communications and engagement activities for Homes Victoria housing projects.
Work collaboratively within a team of communication and engagement advisors to achieve the objectives for each project and the wider objectives of Homes Victoria.
Initiate and maintain positive and proactive working relationships with stakeholders to identify engagement requirements, identify, record and mitigate risks as they occur.
