Role Overview:
We seek a Senior Concept & Illustration Artist skilled in manual illustration and AI-enhanced image creation to shape the visual identity of our next-generation games.
The ideal candidate is proficient in Photoshop, comfortable using tools like Midjourney, Krea, Flux, and ComfyUI to combine the speed of AI with human polish.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and illustrate backgrounds, props, symbols, and characters for slot games.
• Create original characters with strong silhouettes, stylization, and appeal.
• Use AI tools to generate concepts, iterate faster, and enhance creative workflows.
• Refine and overpaint AI outputs to meet production-quality standards.
• Create layered, animation-ready assets for use in game engines and motion pipelines.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, animation, and motion teams to ensure visual consistency and usability.
• Help build and evolve our internal visual library and design system.
Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in game art, illustration, or concept design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing stylized 2D art, including backgrounds, characters, and world-building.
• Mastery of Photoshop (or equivalent painting tools).
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in production or prototyping.
• Ability to balance speed with quality and iterate rapidly.
• Strong sense of color, composition, lighting, and design language.
• Team-oriented, organized, and open to feedback.
Nice to Have:
• Familiarity with Spine, Cocos Creator, or Unity asset pipelines.
• Basic 3D skills in Blender for blockouts or layout planning.
• Animation sense or motion layout familiarity.
• Prior experience working in stylized or cartoony mobile/casual games.
