Job Title : Senior Conference Producer
Industry: Lifesciences, B2B Conferences

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in B2B conference production or the lifesciences industry
Shift Timing: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST
Location: Mumbai (On-site)

Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth market research to identify viable conference topics and assess competitive events.
Write compelling, market-driven conference agendas and associated marketing copy.
Identify key target audiences and determine the most commercially relevant angles.
Validate content and themes via secondary research and phone interviews with industry stakeholders.
Identify, approach, and secure high-caliber speakers, including C-level executives and global thought leaders.
Negotiate and manage speaker contracts and logistical requirements.
Collaborate closely with internal teams—sales, marketing, operations—to ensure successful event delivery.
Manage timelines, content, and communications throughout the conference production cycle.
Lead post-event analysis and stakeholder feedback sessions to inform future event planning.
Develop and nurture relationships with trade associations, partners, and sponsors.
Oversee the design and content of promotional materials including brochures and websites.
Take a strategic, results-oriented approach to event positioning and execution.
