Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor conical twin screw extrusion machines with precision.

• Ensure consistent quality of PVC profile output as per set standards.

• Perform machine setup, troubleshooting, and minor repairs as required.

• Monitor parameters like temperature, pressure, torque, and output rate.

• Optimize material usage and reduce wastage through efficient processing.

• Maintain daily production records and report any deviations or issues.

• Coordinate with the quality control team for inspection and feedback.

• Train and mentor junior operators and help in process improvement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in operating conical twin screw PVC extrusion machines.

• In-depth knowledge of formulation, processing parameters, and extrusion tooling.

• Ability to identify and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.

• Strong understanding of quality standards for PVC profiles.

• Physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced factory environment.

• Attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.

• Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures and machine calibration.
