The Role

As a Senior Construction Program Manager, you'll play a pivotal role within the Custom Network Organization, directly supporting the Director of National Deployment. Your expertise will bridge the gap between National Deployment leadership, Engineering, and Regional Construction teams, driving the introduction of new services, performance enhancements, and efficiency improvements throughout the network build lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities
• Establish and enforce best practices for network construction and implementation projects.
• Assess and select network technologies, tools, and vendors to optimize performance and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with National Engineering and Regional Construction teams to introduce new services effectively.
• Monitor and evaluate performance metrics while managing comprehensive network implementation/construction programs to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Prepare detailed documentation and reports for stakeholders, highlighting project status, risks, and actionable recommendations.
• Identify and resolve complex process issues through root cause analysis and effective remediation strategies.
• Create detailed network deployment plans and timelines that align with business objectives.
• Conduct time and motion studies to optimize operations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define service scopes based on provided technical requirements.
• Assess resource requirements and engage in performance optimization to ensure high availability and reliability of network services.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory guidelines, and company policies.

What We Look For in a Candidate

Required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred).
• Experience implementing process improvements in construction, utilities, telecommunications, energy, or infrastructure installation.

Preferred
• 8+ years of experience in telecommunications, engineering, or network planning. 6+ years with a Master's Degree.
• 5-10 years in construction, infrastructure installation, utilities, or related operations.
• Proven experience with Lean methodologies in field environments.
• Strong background in quality management, operations, or project controls.

Compensation

The anticipated base salary range for this role (subject to location) is:
• $129,639 - $172,852 in various states.
• $136,121 - $181,494 in select states.
• $142,603 - $190,137 in other specified states.
